Southgate Sideroad 75 Drainage Meeting

On May 2, 2015, Tom Pridham, P. Eng. of R.J. Burnside along with Jim Ellis, Public Works Manager, will be meeting at the Frank Macintyre building at 10:00 am to discuss the intention of a new drain, with a site meeting afterwards.
The site meeting is a result of a petition for drainage works submitted by owners in Lots 208 to 220, Con 2 and 3 SWTSR and by the Township of Southgate, Public Works Manager describing part of Sideroad 75 as requiring drainage. The purpose of the site meeting is to determine the extent of the work being requested and whether or not the current petition is sufficient to continue with the survey and design of the desired improvements. The location of the proposed work and the petitioners are shown on the attached plan.
All owners are encouraged to attend to bring forth any questions or concerns, as participation and cooperation are required throughout the process.
