The Township of Southgate is the most southern area of the lovely Grey County and is situated north of the GTA along Highway 10. This area is currently undergoing rapid growth in residential, commercial and industrial development along with keeping our agricultural and rural roots.

Crossing Guard - Casual Call-In

Join our Southgate Team! The Township of Southgate is the most southern area of the lovely Grey County and is situated north of the GTA along Highway 10. We are now accepting INTERNAL/EXTERNAL applications to fill a vacancy for the casual call-in position of Casual Crossing Guard for our schools located in Dundalk.

The Crossing Guard ensures children’s safety as they cross the street on their way to and from school. Hours required are 8:00 am to 9:00 am and afternoon hours are 3:10 pm to 4:00 pm. This posting is for a casual call-in crossing guard, who will fill in for our regular crossing guards when they are unable to attend their shift.
