Site Meeting Registration: Proponents wishing to attend the mandatory site meeting must register their attendance with Kayla Best at kbest@southgate.ca no later than July 8, 2026, at 12:00 pm. Registration must include the name of the firm, the name(s) of all attendees, and contact information for the primary representative. Only registered attendees will be included on the attendance list for the site meeting.
