2025 Asset Management Plan

At the February 4, 2026 regular Council meeting, Council approved the Township of Southgate’s 2025 Asset Management Plan. The Asset Management Plan identifies the Township's proposed Level of Service over a ten-year period and estimates the associated costs and risks of delivery. The plan will guide future decision making, including budget deliberations. The 2025 Asset Management Plan can be viewed here.
