2026 Development Charges Background Study

The Township of Southgate’s 2026 Development Charges Background Study Report has been prepared and is available for public review on the Township’s website.

The report is being posted in accordance with subsection 10(4) of the Development Charges Act, 1997, which requires the study to be publicly available at least 60 days before Council passes a development charge by-law and to remain available until the by-law expires or is repealed.
