Dundalk Crossing Guard Relocation

Please be advised that due to the construction on Main Street in Dundalk, the pedestrian crossover at the intersection of Young Street and Main Street is experiencing higher than usual traffic including heavy machinery. Therefore, starting on Monday, September 28, 2026, the crossing guard will be temporarily relocated to the intersection of the CP Rail Trail and Main Street West with northern Dundalk access provided through the alley behind Home Hardware (located between Dundalk Street and Proton Street North). As construction progresses, the crossing guard will return to their normal position. At which time, another notification will be provided prior to the return.
