Significant Weather Event Declared - Monday, January 19, 2026 at 5:00PM

The SWE has been declared due to forecasted and observed weather conditions. The declaration is to notify the public that due to the current and forecasted conditions, caution is to be observed when travelling on roads and sidewalks maintained by the Township of Southgate and that it may take longer than usual to bring the condition of the roads and sidewalks back to a state of repair due to snow accumulation and blowing snow.

This will remain in effect until further notice.
